What is and isn't included — so there are no surprises
Every plan covers the Practice Partners platform only — our infrastructure, our monitoring loop, and our support team. Your broker account fees, data feed subscriptions, and VPS costs (if you run any parallel tools) are separate. We do not charge per order, per strategy, or per backtest job beyond the limits shown above. If your usage needs change mid-month, you can upgrade your plan immediately from the azure-trust dashboard and pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Billing and plan questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your bots are deactivated at the end of the paid period and your data is retained for 60 days in case you return.
Do you offer a trial period?
We offer a 14-day staging environment trial where you can build and replay one strategy against historical data at no cost. Live order execution requires an active paid plan. Contact us to activate your trial.
Are prices in RON inclusive of any applicable taxes?
The prices shown are net figures. Applicable Romanian taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address and entity type. Business clients registered for tax purposes receive a correct invoice automatically.
