What to include in your first message
The more context you give us upfront, the faster we can give you a useful answer. Useful details to include: the asset class and instrument you trade, your current broker and whether you have API access enabled, how many strategies you want to automate, and whether you have existing backtest data or are starting from scratch. You don't need to share your strategy logic at this stage — just enough for us to understand the scope and recommend the right plan and onboarding path. We respond to every genuine inquiry within one business day, usually the same afternoon for messages received before 14:00 Romanian time.
Before you write — quick answers
Do you work with traders outside Romania?
Yes. We work with traders and small funds across the EU. All client communication is conducted in English or Romanian. Platform support documentation is available in both languages.
My broker isn't on your compatibility list — can you still help?
Possibly. Send us your broker's name and we'll check whether their API is documented and usable. If it is, we can typically build a connector within four to six weeks. If it isn't, we'll tell you that directly.
I don't have a strategy yet — can Practice Partners help me build one?
We are automation engineers, not strategy consultants. We don't design trading strategies or provide investment advice. If you have a clear rule-based idea but need it formalized into testable parameters, we can help with that scoping step as part of onboarding.
